1. Using the service
By using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in information private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not bypass access controls, share access without permission, exploit faults, or disrupt other users. Copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, and resale are not allowed. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
2. Purchases and payments
You can add funds using cryptocurrency or Binance Gift Card. Check the amount, payment address or network, and card details before submitting.
Funds are credited when our system receives payment confirmation. If your balance has not updated within 30 minutes after confirmation, contact us with your Transaction ID.
Purchases provide access to the selected digital product for the period shown at checkout. Check the product details and device requirements before buying.
3. License and availability
Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for the period you purchased. You rent access to the software; you do not acquire ownership of it or of any intellectual property in it. Access ends when the license period expires unless you renew it.
Each purchase creates a separate license key. Your license period begins when the purchase is completed, even if you activate the key on a device later. Renewals add time to that key; changing devices requires a device reset. Downloads are available in the Customer Dashboard. Follow the product’s setup instructions and make sure your device and connection meet its requirements.
When a product is Updating, Testing, or Offline, remaining access time pauses automatically and resumes when the product becomes available again. Updates and maintenance may interrupt availability; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
4. Refunds and compensation
Purchases are generally final unless we state otherwise.
If an update is significantly delayed or development is discontinued, compensation is provided as account credit, rather than a refund to the original payment method. Credit can be used for future purchases or services.
5. Availability and liability
Products are provided as is for the license period you purchased. We work to keep them functional and compatible with the supported systems listed on each product page, but we cannot guarantee that a product will meet every requirement or work with every device, configuration, or third-party software.
You are responsible for using products lawfully and in line with any third-party terms that apply to your use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, data loss, or third-party outages beyond our control, and our total liability for a license is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms and the date above. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
